Since 2021, women in Afghanistan have been barred from public work, stripped of basic rights, and denied the ability to earn a livelihood. Mosaic is working to restore dignity and opportunity by helping women learn crafts, produce their own goods, and build sustainable incomes for themselves and their families.
Artists, musicians, and other vulnerable groups are also at risk of being erased from public life. Mosaic and its partners are working to ensure they are not forgotten and that their voices continue to be heard.

Welcome to Mosaic Global Foundation. In August 2022, it was originally formed as a non-profit and later established as a charity in the United Kingdom following the Taliban’s return to power in Afghanistan in August 2021.
We are focused on building partnerships which promote peace and cooperation in Central Asia to leave a legacy for future generations. In the UK, we focus on refugee integration and community cohesion.
Peacemaking and Conflict Resolution
The Comprehensive Composite Roadmap (CCR) is officially launched as a unified, people-centred framework for Afghanistan's future. Emerging from a rare convergence across Afghanistan's political and civic landscape, the CCR consolidates shared principles: popular sovereignty, human rights, equality, constitutional legitimacy, inclusive governance, and stability - into a single, transparent roadmap. Convened by Mosaic Global Foundation and developed by Afghanistan's actors themselves, the CCR moves beyond parallel declarations to offer a living reference point for dialogue, diplomacy, and future constitutional processes.
